If you are not in agreement of our product quality, you can immediately dispatch it back to us.
We will give you a full refund - provided and under the only condition that the product is UNWASHED and UNUSED or UNWORN.
Since we are always striving to maintain a quality standard, hygiene when it comes to our returned product is of utmost and absolute importance.
If there is no courier or pick up service available for a customer at their aforementioned pincode, the package needs to be sent to the Zoivane Pets mailing address on our contact us page. You would be given a reimbursement of Rs. 70 upon sharing the courier receipt of the service that was availed by you.
At Zoivane Pets, we will initiate the refund once the product has been delivered at our SURAT office and Quality Check process of the returned product has been completed.
If the product is not found in its original condition, or is broken/stained/damaged/torn, pardon us but the refunds against the same won't get initiated.
It will take a total of minimum 2-3 working days to initiate a refund after the product is received by us.
Rest assured, our customer support team will be in touch with you throughout this time.
Replacement will be immediately initiated once the returned product has been received at our warehouse and it clears our Quality Control process.
